I am licensed in Kentucky with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping individuals and couples with stress, anxiety, mood problems, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting challenges and family conflicts. I also have experience working with professionals experiencing compassion fatigue and burnout. I employ psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and trauma-informed perspectives in my work. Additionally, I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
