Hi, I’m Alexcis! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I help people who long to feel stable and content. In working with clients I find that we all want to be physically, and emotionally healthy but hold ourselves back due to past and present difficulties. These barriers, keep us from moving forward and accomplishing our goals. Living a life of values does not guarantee a stress-free easy life. It can however help get through the tough times by keeping us on track to accomplish our goals. Life is hard and full of stress.
