I am a trauma informed therapist who has over 8 years of experience working with individuals, families, and youth. In my years of working with trauma I have gained training in CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, Psychological First Aid, and TBRI training. These trainings have allowed me to support many who have experienced traumatic experiences in life ranging from domestic violence, sexual traumas, divorces, and other life altering challenges. I am also experienced in, but not limited to working with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and Depression symptoms.
