Amanda Sanders (LPC)

Hey hey hey – am licensed in Arkansas with experience in both the community mental health and private practice setting. I enjoy working with kids, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I have experience in helping clients with depression and suicidal ideation, stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. My aim is to create a customized treatment approach to each and every client, based upon their individualized needs and goals. I utilize person-centered, CBT, solution-focused & narrative interventions to help clients make progress and become the best, most authentic version of themselves. I have a laid-back approach to therapy & enjoy meeting clients where they are.
