I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois with 20 plus years of professional work experience with people of all different walks of life. I have helped clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation challenges, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and relationship issues. I also have experience helping people with their career and life goals. I tend to be a strength-based type of therapist and believe that everyone has resilience and skills, which will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
