Hello! My name is Bonnie and I am a licensed mental health therapist. I received my master’s degree in 2019 and began working as a therapist in January 2020. I’ve been in this field since 2015, when I began working as a counselor in a residential mental health group home. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I view therapy as a very collaborative process, where you and I will work together to help you make positive change in your life.
