I am licensed in California with over 11 years of professional psychotherapy work experience. I am here on this platform to help platform members address anxiety/stress, mild symptoms of depression, motivation issues, low self-esteem, confidence issues, compassion fatigue and some areas for certain life transitions. I operate primarily from a Christian faith-based therapeutic perspective and have been most effective with members who are seeking Christian faith-based counseling/therapy. I do also provide clinical approaches to all and will refer such members to providers that mostly align with their religious/non-religious/specific faith views as it is important for resonance to exist in the therapeutic relationship. Every person is on their own journey towards healing. I am here to only provide psychotherapy with members seeking genuine therapeutic help to heal from their clinical issues. I believe that you are the expert of your life story and that you have many strengths that can assist you in overcoming your life challenges. The answers you seek to address your challenges are within you and I am here to help you discover (re-discover) those solutions towards healing. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
