I am licensed in New Mexico with 23 years of professional work experience. My career has included working with people from all walks of life, all ages, and all descriptions. This experience includes helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, anger management, major life transitions, and many more. I gear my approach to fit each individual’s learning style, and encourage them to work toward independence when the time is right. I use your current strengths to lay a foundation for the needed changes toward a happier, better functioning life as you define it. Changing your life takes courage, and I am here to support you in that process. I also aim for user friendliness, avoiding “psychobabble”, including humor where appropriate, and keeping it simple and direct.
