Hi, I’m Courtney — a licensed therapist based in NYC. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and more. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to help you sort through it all, I’m here to support you without judgment. I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy — meaning we’re in this together. I truly believe you get out of therapy what you put into it. I work best with clients who are ready to participate, reflect, and talk things through—this space is yours to take up, and I’m here to help you make the most of it. This isn’t a podcast—I’m not meant to be the only one talking! :) And if you’re hoping to have your problems “fixed” in one session, you’re probably in the wrong place. That’s just not how therapy works. But if you’re ready to do the work, stay curious, and show up for yourself, I’ll be right there with you. And hey — I’m human too. That means I might not always get it perfectly right, but I care deeply about creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and flexible to your needs. If something’s not working, let’s talk about it — your feedback is always welcome. Outside the therapy room, I love exploring New York City with my very fluffy Australian Shepherd, Blue! I’m a big fan of food adventures, cozy movie nights, and spending quality time with friends and family. Basically, I’m a real person who gets how messy and beautiful life can be — and I’m honored to walk alongside you while you figure things out.
