I don’t believe there is a one size fits all approach to therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to help them recognize their strengths and self worth, while simultaneously helping them make changes in areas that no longer serve them. I assist in discovering the root of the problem, whether it’s self-esteem, anger, anxiety, or emotional awareness. My practice focuses on helping people become the best versions of themselves. I’m a licensed clinical social worker in New York who specializes in clients with anxiety, depression, and substance use disorder. I am kind, passionate and energetic and have a true compassion for the human spirit. I know that it takes a lot of courage to seek help and I am a believer that you don’t need to hit a bottom to begin therapy.
