I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years experience in various fields. I have many years of working with addiction, trauma, and with adults needing assistance with behavior modification to improve lifestyle choices. I have experience in working with bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, parenting problems, anxiety, and more! My therapy styles include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy. I am flexible in styles that are the most effective for each individual I work with. My main goal as a therapist is to help others see their true value.
