I am a Counselor Educator and a Mental health professional, with Ph.D. Counselor Education and Supervision and both LPC and CRC licensed/certified. I am driven to help others overcome personal as well as family/societal obstacles. I am licensed in Oklahoma with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
