About Felicia Anderson's service

In the last five years, I have been helping people struggling with addiction to get on the road to recovery and help them find the lifestyle they want that is associated with the treatment courts in Montana. I work with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I believe being able to provide a safe space for clients to be themselves is the key to effective therapy. My goal is to help clients on their journey in life with any struggles they may need support with. I use a person-centered approach using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy and dialectical therapy. I am also an EMDR-trained counselor. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
