I have a passion for writing stories that led me to author two books, “Love Me or Leave Me” and “My Journey to Spiritual Restoration.” I have a Master of Science Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a Master of Science Degree in Internet Marketing, and I have worked with many businesses as a Mentor and a Coach, and I have a Master of Science Degree in Social Work. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York over 15 years ago to help families and individuals suffering from Relationship Issues, Family Conflicts, Trauma and Abuse, Parenting Issues, Teenage Dating Violence, adjusting to challenging life changes and other mental health diagnoses. I also provide Counseling in Religion and Spirituality, Couples with Infertility and anxiety disorders situations. My style of counseling is warm, interactive, non judgmental, sensitive to one’s pain points and easy to talk with, I am a great listener and very respectful of people’s situation. I am very compassionate and resourceful and start where the person is. My Clinical methodology includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
