I’m a licensed therapist in New York with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, with particular expertise in helping older adults navigate their unique needs and concerns. My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, stress, and grief—as well as the profound impact of life transitions, trauma, and loss. I specialize in supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, individuals processing posttraumatic stress, and those working through body image concerns and eating-related challenges. I also work with women navigating identity, self-esteem, and the complexities of caregiving responsibilities.
