I am a licensed mental health counselor based in New York. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and substance abuse. My therapy style is to collaborate with my client, since they are the expert on themselves. I see my role as assisting my clients with identifying strategies that can help address areas of their life they wish to improve, while providing a nonjudgemental, safe space to work towards reaching goals.
