Hey, I’m Katie! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia with 6 years of experience providing clinical mental health counseling. My professional background includes helping clients with a variety of concerns, such as: stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, anger, and depression. I’ve done this using techniques from approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and client-centered therapy, among others. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be explored without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change.
