Aloha, my name is Katie Zarko and I’m the creator of Therapeutic Eating, LLC. Nothing catastrophic has to warrant seeking a therapist, you get to be here just because. I work with individuals, couples/couples issues, and teens. I specialize in addiction, anxiety, depression and women’s issues including lifestyle modifications. I help to bring comfort to the discomfort and cultivate safety where there’s survival. I’ll help you improve your self dialogue and hone honesty which is the root of recovery. I provide the attention & trust you deserve and encourage you toward cultivating long term contentment. Monday – Friday 8am-6pm. Bimonthly weekday evenings 4-7pm and every other Saturday 8am-1pm.
