Kathleen "Kathy" Link (LCSW)

I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Oregon and North Carolina. I have worked as a mental health therapist, a case manager, a care manager, and a hospice social worker. I have served folks with a wide range of challenges including substance use disorder issues, depression, anxiety, stress, chronic illnesses, end-of-life issues, caregiver fatigue, relationship issues, career challenges, and grief and loss. One of my specialties that I hold closest to my heart is pet loss grief support. My therapy style is warm, interactive, and person-centered. I am here to support my clients with their goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and principals of positive psychology. I am here to support you.
