Hi, my name is Kendra and I have been licensed in California since 2019. I have worked with a diverse population of clients in a wide range of settings and there seems to be one commonality. Despite how we, or our lives look, it is full of challenges and periods of time when added support can help get us where we want to go. Reasons and seasons. I have walked alongside clients who experience stress, anxiety, low moods and mood dysregulation with goals to increase motivation, self esteem and confidence. Most of us have been simply surviving, and it’s time to thrive. You should be incredibly proud of yourself for taking the first step.
