I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed independently in the state of Massachusetts. I have over 7 years experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting support, and self-esteem issues. I believe that shared compassion and empathy are the driving forces behind effective therapy. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral techniques, psycho-dynamic therapy, and solution focused methods.
