I have been licensed in Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2011 and prefer cognitive behavioral (a form of talk therapy) and/ or solution-focused goal-oriented approaches to therapy. If you’re someone who finds that it helps to talk when you’re worried about something, then I might be a good fit for you as a therapist. I will provide a nonjudgmental listening ear in a safe environment. My expertise is in Christian counseling and working with women, and I attend a Baptist church.
