Hi! I’m LaTanya. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in NC, SC, and VA. As a systemic therapist, I empathize with the struggles of individuals, couples, and families as they strive to strengthen their relationships with themselves and with those who matter most to them. I provide individual therapy for a diverse range of issues. Whether it’s childhood or relational trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or challenges in adjusting to life transitions, I am here to support you. I also work with couples struggling to connect in their relationships and marriages—couples who find themselves at odds more often than not, who feel they’re always in conflict, and are unable to communicate without arguing. Those who feel disconnected in their marriage and want to increase their friendship, intimacy, fondness, and admiration for one another. I also support couples who feel stuck trying to move forward following an experience with infidelity or betrayal. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel free to be yourself, be present in your mind and body, and actively participate in your healing journey. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started!
