Hello, I’ve been providing individual therapy since 2014. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing with clients to help in reaching goals. I’ve mostly worked with clients who experience Depression and Anxiety. I received a Bachelor’s degree at Arkansas State University and Master’s degree at the University of Arkansas Little Rock.
