I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Alabama with over 9 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, chronic health issues, career challenges, divorce/separation, LGBT issues, cancer, and more. My counseling style is supportive, validating, nonjudgmental, and direct. I believe in treating clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines acceptance and commitment therapy and psychodynamic therapeutic styles. I aim to help you identify your strengths and values and to increase your coping skills to manage your symptoms.
