I am a licensed professional counselor in Connecticut with 17 years of dedicated work experience. I have experience working with primarily the adult population dealing with trauma, loss, stress, and anxiety, adapting to change within the course of life. I see therapy as a collaborative effort to work with my clients to create solutions. I work with clients providing tools identifying the significance of confidence and self-esteem through empathy, empowerment, and guidance. Through therapy I support navigating workplace obstacles, coping with grief and loss, working though unforeseen situational events, and life transitions. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
