Hi! I am glad that you have come to BetterHelp Counseling. This shows that you are interested in improving some aspect or aspects of your life, and you have taken the first (and hardest) step. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, and I am also a Clinical Supervisor. I received my MSSW (Master of Science in Social Work) at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2004. I have worked as a counselor for 18 years in a variety of settings. I worked with clients of all ages going through a variety of issues (including trauma, grief and loss, crime and abuse). I also have extensive experience working with first responders and their loved ones. I am excited to work with you, and am excited about the flexibility that is offered through BetterHelp. I am very open-minded, and am looking forward to helping you experience your best level of mental health.
