I’m Dr. P—Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with a PhD in Clinical Sexology. I specialize in sex therapy, substance use, and the mental health struggles people are often too afraid to say out loud. I work with adults of all genders and orientations—queer, kinky, straight, exploring, in recovery, or somewhere in between—who are trying to untangle what it means to feel connected, grounded, and whole. My clients come to me when they’re tired of filtering themselves, tired of pretending, and ready to talk about the parts of their lives that feel messy, complicated, or too “out there” for traditional therapy. Whether it’s navigating desire, rebuilding trust in relationships, unpacking shame, or figuring out who you are outside of survival mode—I meet you where you are, without judgment. My approach is honest, collaborative, and tailored to you. I combine evidence-based tools with real, human conversation. We’ll focus on what works—not what looks good on paper.
