I offer a non-judgemental and strengths-based approach to problem-solving with a compassionate, grounded, and direct approach. I am devoted to helping educate and liberate people from repeating the same painful patterns. Using the latest brain research, I describe the neurochemical processes that drive our feelings, impulses, and behaviors. We tend to make the worst decisions when we’re under the most stress. This cycle can repeat itself over the course of a lifetime. We don’t have to cling to a mistake just because we spent a lot of time making it.
