Problems with relationships, friends and family, work, and health issues can lead to symptoms of anxiety, stress, sleeplessness, and depression. Often times negative thinking patterns create and/or exacerbate these symptoms. We all need a safe and supportive environment to explore life’s challenges and change those thinking patterns. My job as a clinician is to assist you in negotiating all of life’s transitions and challenges in order to improve your relationships with yourself and others.
