Dr. Michael Palmer

I am a Ph.D., with a professional counselor license in New Jersey. I received my doctorate in clinical psychology in 2006 and have 25 years of professional work experience in private practice. I have lectured and presented at numerous trainings and state and local conferences in the areas of domestic violence, anger management, and stress, and have served on several committees and collaboratives in those areas. I have treated adolescents and adults in both individual and couple therapy experiencing a broad range of mental health difficulties. I have experience in helping clients with depression and mood disorders, stress and anxiety, personality issues, relationship difficulties, parenting, behavior modification, anger management, domestic violence, and motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
