For the past 11 years I have had the honor in being able to do what I love and that is helping others. Having a nonjudgmental third party to talk to when having a difficulty time coping with life is helpful. Depression and Anxiety have become common in our world due to the stress we experience on a regular basis. There are many coping skills to help people work through stress. Taking the time to learn and practice them while talking to a therapist can make you mentally stronger. BECAUSE I WORK ON VIDEO I AM AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN NEW JERSEY. I work with clients who present with a variety of life’s issues. I have worked with people who identify with Depression, Anxiety, Traumatic Crises, Anger Management, PTSD, and other diagnoses. I was a Police Officer and first responder. I understand the difficulties in coping with what is seen on a daily basis and the importance in talking about them. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey, I am a Professional Trauma Specialist. Services are provided via HIPPA-compliant secure video sessions. This allows for New Jersey clients easy access to services at their own convenience and in their own home. It is important to take care of our physical health and our mental health as well I have had my Doctorate in counseling since 2014.
