Thank you for clicking on my page! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience. I’ve worked with a number of clients primarily addressing family dynamics, life changes/adjustments, self-esteem, women’s issues, and a variety of career concerns. I believe the health of our relationship with ourselves and others directly impacts our overall well-being. I primarily incorporate mindfulness and solution focused techniques in my practice. Going through personal, professional, or family changes can be difficult; I will use a person-centered approach to help you navigate these changes.
