Nancy Biasotti, EdD, MS, LMHC, NCC, NCSC is a licensed mental health counselor. She received a Doctorate in Education in Teaching Leadership & Administration in 2013. Her Master’s of Science degree in Counseling & Development is from Long Island University at West Point in 1999. Dr. Biasotti holds dual certifications from the National Board of Certified Counselors; the National Certified Counselor (NCC) and the National Certified School Counselor (NCSC). Dr. Biasotti has practiced in a variety of school-based and private settings. Using an integrative, solution-focused approach, Dr. Biasotti provides individual therapy that may include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Reality Therapy, among other therapeutic interventions depending upon the needs of the client. Her areas of treatment focus include: anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, coping with life changes, parenting, relationship concerns, compassion fatigue, grief, career difficulties, ADHD, school related issues, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
