Hello! My name is Nicole and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and I am currently working on pursuing a dual-license in California as well. I have 5 years of professional work experience. My goal as a therapist is to help others learn and figure out themselves through education and building insight. My therapy style is warm and supportive and I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution Focused therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I truly believe that each and every one of us has the strength to overcome any issue; sometimes we just need a little help reaching for that strength. The communities I have the most experience with are young and middle aged adults who struggle with addiction as their primary problem. With their addiction would come interpersonal issues, personality disorders, attachment issues, depression and anxiety, and the list goes on. I can confidently state that I have a lot of experience in the mentioned areas as well. Please feel free to reach out to me if you resonate with any of the above. My goal is to be there for you as guiding support, a shoulder to cry on, and a voice of reason to help you find better coping mechanisms or behavioral changes that fit.
