I’m a licensed therapist in Florida with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My work spans depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma—helping clients find their way toward healing and meaningful change. I specialize in working with a wide range of concerns, including self-love and self-worth, communication struggles, isolation, social anxiety, panic attacks, posttraumatic stress, grief from divorce and separation, attachment patterns, and codependency. I also support clients navigating women’s issues, caregiver stress, chronic pain, midlife transitions, obsessive-compulsive patterns, postpartum depression, and family dynamics—including blended family challenges and aging-related concerns.
