I am licensed in Illinois with 12 years of professional work experience. My experiences come from providing mental health services for kids, teens, and adults with a variety of issues, including stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have provided individual and family counseling.
