I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada with over 6 years of professional work experience helping individuals and couples. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with people ages 13 and up and I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My Christian faith is important to me and I love helping clients use their faith to grow and deepen their relationship with God so if that is something you desire as well I would love to walk through that with you. I am also a retired military veteran and I have experience working with military members and families as well as other first responders. I also have experience working with teenagers as a therapist in a public high school. I completed a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Liberty University in 2011 and a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in 2016. I approach sessions from a client centered focus and a cognitive behavioral model. I will work with you to tailor a plan that suits your needs and helps you meet your specific goals. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I look forward to working with you to make the change you desire!
