I am a licensed mental health therapist, licensed in New York and North Carolina with over 20 years of experience working as a therapist and providing human services to diverse communities . I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, gender dysphoria, relationship issues, parenting problems, career changes/goals, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and many more. My therapy style is very down to earth and interactive. My approach combines client centered approach, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness approaches, reality therapy, among many other techniques. The time we spend is based on your needs and specific goals, I am here to guide you and give you the necessary tools to find your best you. Everyone has a story and I am here to hear yours.
