My name is Sam and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and am licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Often times, people are suffering in silence whether that is depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health issues. I have dedicated my life to supporting individuals through what could be the worst times of their life. I used evidence-based practices to help talk, process, and work through presenting issues while meeting individuals where they are. I have recently completed Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) training as a treatment modality to help break through emotional blocks and help provide a healthier present perspective.
