Sarah Bedinghaus

I am licensed in Oklahoma with nearly 10 years of professional work experience. I hold a Master’s in Christian Counseling from Oral Roberts University. My expertise is providing counseling equipped by the Bible, empowered through prayer, and led by the Holy Spirit. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, confidence and depression, relationship issues, and motivation. I have worked with all ages from children to adults including individuals, couples and families. It takes courage to step out of your comfort zone of the default ways of thinking, acting, and being and to seek out a more fulfilling life of freedom and change.
