About Shana Pittman's service

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from La Sierra University, in Riverside, California. My areas of experience include: trauma-informed treatment, anger management, stress management, anxiety & depression, grief & loss, interpersonal relationship issues, and personal development. My style of treatment includes psychoeducational methods, motivational-interviewing techniques, and cognitive behavioral approaches. I traditionally utilize a blended approach to therapy; exploring each individual’s biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs – working alongside to guide and support in the healing process. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started, and look forward to helping you meet your therapeutic goals.
