I feel confident I can support you in managing the struggles and conflicts you are experiencing and help you to develop a deeper understanding of your own behaviors, thinking and decisions. I have been blessed to have experiences working for colleges, hospitals, and community mental health systems. I taught at the University level and trained medical students on interpersonal skills and completed advanced research on stress of caregivers.
