Stormy Filson

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years experience working in Behavioral Health. I have assisted individuals ranging in age from 5-85 with a variety of issues including managing and resolving anxiety and depression, behavioral problems in children, stress management, marital concerns/communication, grief and loss, and trauma. I believe in creating trusting relationships and empowering those I work with to be their most authentic, healthy and balanced selves. My style is warm, accepting and non-judgmental. I typically use CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused techniques, but we will work together to find the interventions best suited for you. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
