About Tiara Littledyke's service

Hello, my name is Tiara. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Utah and Idaho. I have been working as a therapist for 5.5 years. I have worked in a number of settings such as an outpatient clinic, jails, hospitals, homes, schools, and the crisis line. I have treated a number of diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, suicide ideation, trauma, low self-esteem, ect. I attended Utah Valley University for my Bachelors in Psychology and my Masters at Edinboro University. My treatment approach is honoring the client’s wishes, needs, and preferences. I will always start where the client is at, from there I will help the client set goals that will help them align themselves to their true identity. Please reach out to me, I’d love to help you get to your best self.
