I’ve guided thousands of clients in their struggles with depression, postpartum depression, parenting stressors, premarital counseling, marriage counseling, affair healing, life transitions, self esteem, dynamics with extended family, anxiety, divorce recovery, identity crisis, etc. My warmth and compassion has proven to offer comfort, support and hope while guiding my clients in the direction of higher self-awareness, empowerment and autonomy. I believe in my clients until they believe in themself. My passion in life is people and there is no bigger honor than being one of the few people in the world that gets to witness people in their most vulnerable states. I help lead clients towards radical acceptance of self and others. When people feel seen non-judgmentally, they feel loved and regulated. And when you feel loved, you can do anything.
