Tiffany Mihelish (LPC)

Hello! My name is Tiffany Mihelish and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I have worked with clients with a wide range of struggles and concerns including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, relationship issues, parenting issues, school and career issues. My therapeutic approach is a mix and that is because everyone is different, therefore I tailor my approach to each person differently. I do use cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered counseling, mindfulness-based counseling, among other therapeutic approaches. It takes courage to reach out to seek a healthier and happier life, and for that I praise you for taking the first step towards your goal.
