I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. My work focuses on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, substance use and life transitions with compassion and skill. I specialize in supporting all individuals, LGBTQ+ individuals and individuals from all ethnicities I’m particularly passionate about helping clients build self-love, improve communication, and work through isolation, shame, and guilt. I also have deep expertise in trauma recovery, addiction, and supporting survivors of domestic violence. My approach addresses complex concerns including anxiety disorders, panic attacks, OCD, mood disorders, attachment issues, codependency, and self-harm. I work with adults and teens navigating identity questions, including gender dysphoria, and support individuals facing life purpose questions, family conflict, and relationship challenges like infidelity and abandonment wounds. I believe in meeting you where you are with genuine care and cultural awareness. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel seen, respected, and supported as you heal and grow.
