Life can be difficult at times. It’s nice to have someone you can confide in about life struggles you are experiencing. Pain and adversity are unfortunately a part of the human experience. There are many reasons we may seek therapy but regardless of your reason, we could all benefit from a little extra support in life, especially when times are rough. I am dedicated to helping, and enjoy working with, individuals, adolescents, and families. I have been an LCSW for 13 years in Tennessee.
