I am licensed clinical professional counselor in Maryland with over 5 years of clinical therapy experience and 15 years serving as a counselor educator. I have a helped clients with a wide range of counseling goals, with a focus on helping clients develop self-care strategies that will help them manage stress and anxiety, adjust to life changes, improve self-esteem and confidence & recover from compassion fatigue and burnout. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
